***Reservation policies***

❖ To be able to book with us you must be of legal age and provide your
personal information.


❖ To reserve you must pay 100% of the total amount.


❖ Payments are made through electronic transfers or bank deposits to
the bank accounts provided by the agent.


❖ Present proof of transaction to process the reservation.


❖ Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. If not

***Establishment Rules***

❖ We are not responsible if guests wish to check in after the scheduled check-in time. Instructions on accessing the property, along with our policies and rules, will be provided.

❖ Our customer service operates during office hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). Please refrain from inquiries or calls outside of these hours.

❖ Do not use the apartment's balconies or windows to hang clothes. This action is prohibited for all guests. Violators may incur an EXTRA CHARGE of up to $50.00.

❖ Guests must bag and dispose of their generated trash in the garbage bins located at the front of the establishment.

❖ Pets are to use their designated area for needs.

❖ Do not dispose of any paper or hygiene items in the toilet to avoid complications. If responsible for any overflow due to non-compliance, all resulting costs will be billed in your name.

❖ Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Smoke sensors will activate. Failure to comply may result in EXTRA CHARGES.

❖ Lost unit keys will incur an EXTRA CHARGE of $50.00.

❖ After 9:00 p.m., please keep music at a moderate volume and avoid unnecessary noise to respect other guests.

❖ Guests are expected to adhere to good manners and behavior guidelines for a pleasant stay in the complex.

❖ Notify in advance the number of people staying and provide their details to avoid inconveniences. Unauthorized persons entering the complex may result in reservation cancellation without refund or an adjusted rate with EXTRA CHARGES ranging from $20.00 to $45.00 per night, per person.

❖ The use of Four-wheelers or similar vehicles in the area is not allowed.

❖ The property surroundings have gravel; please drive cautiously to prevent damage to other parked vehicles. You will be held responsible for damages and expenses incurred.

❖ We are not liable for interruptions in electricity and water services without prior notice from the service providers during your stay.

❖ Ocean Village is committed to the environment. Therefore, the following restrictions on water and electricity consumption are enforced, which may result in EXTRA CHARGES ranging from $25.00 to $500.00.

 

  • Washing cars or motor vehicles.
  • Using and filling inflatable pools.
  • Running the air conditioning during the day when not in the unit.
  • Keeping the TV on if not in the room.
  • Leaving high-power electrical appliances connected.
  • Leaving the sink or shower faucets open.

❖ Upon checkout, please return the apartment in perfect condition, free of any waste or garbage. Please note that a property supervisor will conduct an inspection, checking the apartment's condition and inventory. The apartment should not have any tears or stains. Any damage or loss of items and unit-specific articles during your stay could result in the following EXTRA CHARGES (this includes stained sheets and towels):

  1. Large towels: $25.00 each
  2. Small towels: $12.00 each
  3. Glass cups: $10.00 each
  4. Drinking glasses: $10.00 each
  5. Forks and knives: $3.00 each
  6. Microwave: $200.00
  7. Refrigerator: $300.00
  8. TV: $350.00
  9. Bed sheets: $25.00 each
  10. Pillows: $25.00 each

❖ The property is rented for lawful purposes as stated by the law. If used for illegal activities, your stay may be immediately terminated without any refund.

❖ Ocean Village is not responsible for the loss of guests' personal belongings on the premises. Please be cautious with your possessions.

❖ All areas are monitored 24/7 by security cameras. Please follow the rules to avoid inconveniences. Any violations of these regulations will result in EXTRA CHARGES for which you will be responsible. These violations could also lead to the termination of your stay at the establishment without a refund. Furthermore, your ability to rent any of our properties in the future might be affected. Let's remember to maintain a harmonious community.

***Pool Rules***

❖ Shower before entering the pool.

❖ Do not apply sunscreen before entering the pool to avoid altering the water's pH.

❖ Do not bring glasses, cups, or liquor bottles to the pool area to maintain cleanliness and order, and to prevent accidents.

❖ The pool is for the general use of our guests. Please do not urinate or consume food or beverages inside or near the pool.

❖ Pets are not allowed in the pool area. Violation results in an EXTRA CHARGE of $200.00.

❖ Do not leave trash in the pool area. Violation results in an EXTRA CHARGE of $200.00.

❖ We do not have lifeguards on duty. Use the pool at your own risk.

❖ All minors must be accompanied by their guardian while in the pool area.
